“Inside Of Me”

“Inside Of Me”
By Awesomejoe © 2001
“Love”

Inside of me there are times …
When the essences of love…
Begins to have its way with my heart…
Because its you that I’m always thinking of…
I don’t know how, when or why…
But the feelings of love never seem to go away inside of me…
And I’m glad the way love makes me feel…
Because it inspires me to share my feelings…
Sometimes in words that I write…
Or a song that I hear or just a simple conversation…
“Passion”

Inside of me there are emotions…
Which at times gently releases the very soul of me…
It allows me the comforts to express the way that I feel…
When the essences of passion springs forth…
I feel peace with myself…
And I know that I can freely giveThe passions hidden deep inside…
It’s my safe haven to where my hopes, my dreams long to Escape…
The passions inside of me are never temporary…
But always everlasting…Some are always my best qualities…
But baby wait there’s more…
Because what’s inside of me always…seems to spring forth…
For it shows by the smile on my face…
Because I’m thankful for having you to share this with…
“Pleasure”

Inside of me are pleasures unknown
It’s a closeness that stretches way beyond the boundaries of love & Passion
And it brings those feelings together hand in hand…mmmm!
Inside of me there is gentleness…That rises from the very touch of me…
That can send chills up & down your spine…
The pleasures that lay within…
Springs forth erotic dreams that can come true…
The kind of pleasures that are meant to be shared by two…
Every time I get in touch with the very inside of my soul…
I get in tune with desires I have never known…
Happiness in my world of love that last forever…
And somehow the reality of you…
Comes into view of how my heart & my life
Has been measured by how much you have touched my Life and the very inside of me…and that very thing I call…
“Love”…

New World Black Women

shatter the myths salve centuries old wounds,
let the world know you are still healing,
but not a moment too soon,
for all is not forgotten nor forgiving,

you been victimized,marginalized,criticized ,
by so many negative stereotypes .
so many insults has been hurled at you,
still to this day you are standing firm and true,

beautiful black woman a new day is dawning,
stand up take a bow, hear me shout out loud,
I'm so proud,,
instead of washing dishing,
you will be running the white house

Michell Obama doing it for the sisters,
queens of old,
your time has come let the truth be told,
wide hips, big legs booty for days ,beautiful smile,
eyes that symbolize black pride ,

beautiful black woman ,
comes in all shades of gray,
for so long so many has waited for day,
when the moon would give way to the sun ray,,

you don't need to look white,
to be pleasing in the worlds sight,
you are strong proud a mother and child,

lets hear it a standing ovation ,
give the woman her dues,
as the first lady of a nation,
who often gave her the blues

beautiful black woman,
Hollywood couldn't make over you,
unlike Beyonce or Halle Barry,
no make up . could cover up,
a beauty so true,

beautiful black woman ,peace wizthom@8 part 1

LOVE IS THE FORCE ,THAT RULES US ALL,,

Gil Scott-Heron

The Revolution Will Not Be Televised: Gil Scott Heron

GIL SCOTT HERON-Black History

"It’s not much fun being a prophet. Sure, you get to speak truth to power, but inevitably you wind up getting popped in the kisser for your trouble. Then you go crazy and nobody listens anyway, until it’s too late. You’re essentially doomed. "

Gil Scott-Heron

Gil Scott-Heron was born in Chicago, Illinois, (April 01,1949 ) Gil's mother Bobbie Scott-Heron sang with the New York Oratorial Society, a college-graduate who worked as a librarian.. Scott-Heron's father, Giles "Gil" Heron of Jamaican descent, nicknamed "The Black Arrow" was a football (soccer) player who, in the 1950s, became the first black athlete to play for
Glasgow's Celtic Football Club. His parents divorced early in his life, and Gil Scott-Heron was sent to live with his grandmother .

Gil spent his early childhood in the home of his maternal grandmother Lillie Scott in Lincoln,Tennessee. Learning musical and literary instruction from her. Scott-Heron also learned about prejudice firsthand, as he was one of three children picked to integrate an elementary school in nearby Jackson,Tn. The abuse proved to much to bear . Though Scott-Heron's experiences in Tennessee must have been difficult, they proved to be the seed of his writing career, as his first volume of poetry was written around that time.

When Gil Scott-Heron was 13 years old, his grandmother died and he moved to his mother in the Bronx in New York City, where he enrolled in DeWitt Clinton High School. He later transferred to The Fieldston School after one of his teachers, a Fieldston graduate, showed one of his writings to the head of the English department there and he was granted a full scholarship.

lonely!,lonely,lonely,
till all i do is cry,

they say it's a sign of weakness for tears to flow,
i say what do those fools know of cleansing the soul,
just because tears does not fall from my eyes,
i cry, i cry inside i die a little more,
as this pain i must endure to it's end,
at the lonely house on the block,

no treats for me,as love plays tricks a plenty,
every night on my knees i pray that tomorrow,
brings a brighter day as my prayers go unanswered,
again with these ghost of my past i am dancing,
this trash can of mines is empty yet full,
of memories,of coulda been, shoulda been, if it hadn't

been for,
the forks in the road Audrey whats wrong with me,

here at the loneliest house on the block,
torture has become the norm for a restless spirit,
peace of mind here lately i have not been able,
to go any where near it

a ghost love of lone ago has her hooks in me,
she wont sat me free ,lonely! lonely lonely,
how lonely can i be,i will be that leaf,
that clings to the tree long after the other has gone ,
lonely ,lonely,lonely,
I'm that person who never hears a knock at my door,
cause i am so lost inside my soul,

lonely! lonely,lonely,
I'm that misfit in a crowd ,
a clown with the tear drop,
that loneliest house on the block,
where no-one ever stops ,

LONELY! LONELY!LONELY!
I'm going out my mind,
my life is so out of time,
even misery wont keep me company,
LONELY! OH I'M SO LONELY,

Cathy where are you,,
all i need is just a Lil love,
to rescue me ,a hope to cling to,
one more chance to chase my blues away,
lovely rose it's torture ,torture,
without Ur presents in my world,
LONELY LONELY LONELY;

loneliest house on the block,
this year looks like no treats for me,peace

I am-- lonely

in my life and times i went where the winds blew me
all for the sake of love i gambled to be complete,
many of lines i stood in trying to win what was not meant to be.
i oh i had my share of one night stands and close calls,
i even went before the pride to fall like Autumn leaves,
older and wiser but the choices are so slim.
i want her but she chooses him,
cause she has yet to go where i have been,

games people play lose to win only to start up again,
yet they must learn the harsh reality all on their own,
some never do,tho time and time pain they go Thu,
being used and abused by someone they say is love,

when if they would just open their eyes,
they would see it's the money and living in the fast lane,
that deceives and delivers the pain,
a game no-one can win,
whom am i to say ,it's wrong to live life this way,

young love lacks direction i was once like them,
the fear of losing never enters a reckless mind ,
and old loves gives up on finding the real,
defeat i could never accept,

all by myself still i search for lasting,
something to be what time can't steal away,
that wont fade in the light of day,
i want no-more of those one night affairs,

money brings me no happiness,
being the center of attraction bores me,
i am out here searching ,searching for something real.
something lasting,happy ever after,
someone who can accept me ,
as the person i am,

all my faults and indecision's,
all my laughter and joy,
all that i am imperfections,
reaching for the love,

as the person i am,i am,i am,
i am, i am,i am in need peace wisemanspeeks@ protected o7 aka wizthom

You And Me

Where is the watchman of the word
Who instills the fear of God in our hearts
Some of these so called ministers are a bit absurd
With their speeches, bibles and charts

What is your spirit receiving
Have they been true to their calling
The church has spirits quite deceiving
I know because so many are still crawling

They teach you just enough to cope
Yet their real god is the almighty dollar
Where's the power in Christ, where's the hope
Sometimes it makes you just wanna holla

The word came and regenerated our soul
But for some the thief came and stole it all
Satan and his ministers have quite a goal
Because so many have and will continue to fall

So much has become the norm
For the consciousness of many has been seared
Hardly anyone can withstand the storm
Because the true God is not feared

Lights, camera, action
They've been exquisitely polished
There sweet words can be such a distraction
It would seem the sheep are being demolished

They own nothing, yet they owe it all
Satan has even set up his own to be deceived
They even think on their life God has a call
But by their actions they've never believed

So in the hearts of men why is there no fear of God
A fact with which we all should be very disturbed
What a deception, such a great big façade
Please tell me where is the watchman of the word?

Now I've read the bible and was shown that which is true
It's by the Holy Spirit that I come to understand
God has placed quite a responsibility on me and you
As the Apostle Paul said, 'He was taught by no man'

Now that tells me that I must seek the kingdom first
For us to be on one accord, at some point we must agree
There must be an insatiable deep hunger and thirst
Because the true watchman of the word is you and me
